I was pleased to know that I could have my attorney fees deducted from my paycheck weekly instead of paying the entire fee upfront. They stopped the already in progress garnishment and got ALL of the money returned to me! After gathering all of the requested documents, I was given a court date. After the court date, I received a letter from the judge approving my bankruptcy. I felt like a weight was lifted from my shoulders and I could start over again with rebuilding my credit. i had previously filed a chapter 13 with another attorney needless to say it got dismissed without me knowing. I found out it was dismissed from a mailer i received in the mail from THE BANKRUPTCY LAW GROUP LLC . The person that answered the phone was LIONEL he is amazing at what he does. He told me everything i needed to do even called when one of my payment didn't go through to update payment. The entire team is amazing TINA MARIE PERRY is amazing she reminded me to make my court payments and to take my last class. I totally would have had to start all over again if it wasn't for her friendly email and phone call reminders. I filed for bankruptcy in April yesterday 7/3/17. I received an alert that it was dismissed. Although Im not done yet. Its a relief to see the light at the end of the tunnel and start my life over with better savings and credit score.
