Stacey L. Butler has been practicing law since 2005. Her primary focus has been in the area of bankruptcy since 2007.

Stacey was the managing attorney for a local bankruptcy law firm for five years. While practicing there she realized that the large firm, volume case filing environment was not where she wanted to practice law. The most common complaint heard from clients was they did not feel appreciated and they felt like they were just a number. This is a complaint Stacey took to heart and has always kept in mind. She recognizes and respects that each client is an individual with unique needs and concerns. It is the foundation of her professional philosophy and why she decided to found her practice in 2012.

Experience

Prior to specializing in the area of bankruptcy, Stacey was an Assistant Public Defender with the Dekalb County Public Defenders Office. She has also worked as a Domestic Violence Victims Advocate with the Broward County State Attorneys Office, and a Mitigation Specialist with the Capital Collateral Regional Counsel, both in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

Stacey’s entire professional career has focused on providing client-centered services. She believes providing information and legal guidance in a nonjudgmental environment is the key to successfully resolving your financial situation.
